GIS realizes that not all employees are ready for online enrollment. We have the ability to offer online, paper or a combination of the two. We provide one simple, intuitive enrollment form that combines multiple benefits (including medical insurance) and multiple carriers to create an easier enrollment environment for everyone. This form also captures dependent information and beneficiaries.
